My massage style

I have massaged since 2013 and I offer a unique style that combines a sports/deep tissue MASSAGE with some breathing, trigger point release, stretches and fascia work. Previously I set up a health and wellbeing centre in Switzerland offering massage, reiki, yoga, pilates, fitness. We had an interesting and eclectic bunch of therapists who spent many hours sharing our knowledge and trading massage techniques. As such my massage style is a combination of all these experiences over the last 12 years.

why add reiki?

With the addition of REIKI your will receive an energetic uplift your vibration and enhance your overall wellbeing. I will measure the energy in your chakras beforehand and talk through any themes that may be related to the flow of energy in your field. It is often very insightful and always fascinating to see how it is connected to what is occurring for you physically, emotionally and mentally. I trained in 2012 as a reiki practitioner and have since trained as a Reiki Master. I feel my sensitivity has increased over the years as my spiritual connection and connection to reiki energy has deepened. Always an ongoing process of evolution!

Pricing

1 hour massage- $125

Deep tissue or relaxation massage tailored to your needs. I may use a variety of techniques including trigger points, fascia release, reflexology, stretching and breathing.

1.5 hour massage- $175

With extra time we can focus more intensively on certain areas whilst also doing a full body massage if desired.

2 hour massage- $225

Indulgent but worth it! Going deeper into the body, there is enough time to focus more instensively on all the sore bits, and really release and relax.

1 hour reiki- $120

I will measure your chakras and tell you which ones are open and which are more blocked. I also tune into any energies that may need to be addressed in the session. This may lead to a longer conversation about issues that are blocking your energy flow or we may sink into a deep and peaceful energy healing session. We just go with the flow!

My signature treatment:

1.5 hour massage & reiki- $180

My favorite treatment to give as we fuse reiki, spiritual guidance, massage and even some breathing or stretching if needed. I will measure your chakras beforehand and at the end and we will inevitably see greater energy flow. And the blocked chakra ALWAYS corresponds with where you are experiencing physical discomfort. So the inclusion of reiki will heighten the effect of the massage.
